Had an emergency at 10:30p and after spending much wasted time on the phone with Ai phone services at various companies it was a major relief when I heard Scott’s voice as he picked up the phone after only a few rings. He didn’t delay and arrived to solve the problem within the hour. He even educated me on our units while he worked. Great job!! 11/10
